Who SSR is
Site Service Regions is a separate company from Site Service London. SSR is based in Manchester and takes on commercial strip-out work nationwide outside London.
We plan labour, access, waste movements and site paperwork around each building and programme. Redundant services are removed only after isolation by others.

A city-centre café unit inside Manchester Arndale had to be stripped back around retained staircases, WCs and shopfront. We removed the fit-out, linings and floor finishes and cleared waste through the centre’s loading arrangements, leaving the unit ready for its next retail fit-out.

Tilbury Hall needed the existing office fit-out at Halifax House removed before refurbishment. We stripped floors, ceilings, partitions, kitchens and redundant services after isolation by others, separating materials on site to prepare the space for the next stage.

Where should I send a regional tender?

Send drawings, scope, programme and site details to Projects@siteserviceregions.co.uk. If you are not sure which company it suits, send it to both teams through the tender form.
What should a tender pack include?

Drawings, scope or specification, programme, site address, access and working-hour restrictions, and any surveys such as asbestos reports you hold.
Do you remove M&E services?

Redundant services are removed only after isolation and making safe by others. We do not carry out M&E decommissioning.
Can you work in occupied or managed buildings?

Yes — for example, at Manchester Arndale waste was cleared through the centre's agreed access and loading arrangements.
Do you handle the waste?

Waste clearance is part of our strip-out packages, with materials separated on site where the scope allows.
