FAQs

Tender questions, answered.

Can you work nights and weekends?

+

Yes. Out-of-hours strip-out can be planned around trading hours, occupied floors and building rules, with shift times, noise limits and waste movements agreed with the client before works start.

Can you work in occupied or live buildings?

+

Yes. Works are phased around live areas with protection, segregation, agreed access routes and timed waste movements. Building rules and restrictions are confirmed with the main contractor or landlord team at pre-start.

How is waste segregated and documented?

+

Waste is segregated on site wherever practicable — typically metal, timber, plasterboard and general waste — and removed through licensed waste carriers. Waste Transfer Notes and duty-of-care documentation are provided, with waste reports available where required.

Do you provide RAMS?

+

Yes. Project-specific RAMS are produced before commencement, and operatives are briefed on the RAMS and site rules before works start. Service isolations are carried out by others unless agreed otherwise.

Which areas do you cover?

+

Site Service London (SSL) covers London and surrounding areas. Site Service Regions (SSR), based in Manchester, covers work outside London nationwide. Send the project location with your tender and it will be routed to the right team.

What do you need to price a tender?

+

Drawings, a scope of works or BOQ, site photographs, the site address or postcode, programme or start date, tender return date and any known access, loading or working-hour restrictions. Large tender packs can be emailed directly.
