28 Market Street, Manchester
A city-centre café unit inside Manchester Arndale had to be stripped back around retained staircases, WCs and shopfront. We removed the fit-out, linings and floor finishes and cleared waste through the centre’s loading arrangements, leaving the unit ready for its next retail fit-out.

Tilbury Hall needed the existing office fit-out at Halifax House removed before refurbishment. We stripped floors, ceilings, partitions, kitchens and redundant services after isolation by others, separating materials on site to prepare the space for the next stage.

ROM Construction needed three floors of an existing building stripped back for refurbishment, with clear limits on what stayed. We delivered the internal removals and waste clearance, with 20.896 tonnes of transfers documented across 12 tickets (16 June – 2 July 2026).

We plan waste routes, separate timber, metal, plasterboard, carpet tiles, POPs waste, WEEE and general waste where practicable, and use licensed carriers. Waste Transfer Notes are provided, with waste reports where required.
